After starting with Good Thinking Fitness I have lost 10kgs, increased my core strength and body strength, by doing this it has given me more energy and increase endurance which therefore has helped me with my golf and my personal life. Basically training with the team at Good Thinking Fitness has made me enjoy training and makes me want to keep going to reach my goals.

Previous to Gregor my fitness regime was ineffective and I lacked enthusiam. Gregor brings to my sessions professionalism and keenness to see me challenge myself with new exercises that incorporate strength training and cardio. My goal is to achieve a strong body and high fitness level and I know that as I get older it is getting harder to do this, having Gregor to mix things up and push me when I need it has been great. I have been working with Gregor for 3 months. I went from not being able to do one push up to passing the AFP fitness test for selection into the AFP. I continue to work with Gregor each week and he has very easily implemented fitness into my life. I am overall a happier, fitter than I have been for a long time. I sleep better, have increased energy levels, feel good about myself and my clothes fit better. Most importantly, my work outs are fun (well mostly)!

Gregor is well able to help you achieve all that you want to. He can be an army sergeant when he needs and importantly is able to sense when I need motivation and engouragement. He has a way of making me work to my full potential whilst making my sessions challenging but enjoyable. If I had to do what Gregor makes me do on my own, I would stop after the warm up and to be honest I never thought that my body could do what it is doing now. Previous to Sarah, I struggled with reaching my goals for fitness. I felt lethargic and struggled with getting myself motivated to exercise. Sarah gave me the encouragement and confidence I needed to reach my goals and as a result I eat better and feel healthier than ever before. Thanks Sarah.

I suffer from arthritis so I had previously struggled to complete classes and circuits at gyms. Sarah wrote a program for me which helped me build my strength and now I can complete an entire session pain free. She has made exercise fun and I always look forward to my next session.
